With Online Ticket Management (OTM), school staff can issue and redeem tickets for events like student performances, athletic events, and school dances. Schools can also use it to track in-person merchandise pickup of items sold online.
Each e-ticket includes a barcode that can quickly be scanned to log the ticket as redeemed. But if the customer ever forgets to bring the ticket, OTM’s search feature will help manually lookup the ticket by purchaser name, order number, or student name.
