Online School Care system is a fully integrated web
application for before and after school child care management. OSC
allows school districts to manage extended day, summer, and student
enrichment programs throughout the district at multiple sites with
central program oversight from enrollment to billing.
OSC has simple, user-friendly student
based management features to

information as well as tracking
student balances, fees, and
payments. Child care coordinators
can manage groups, rosters, and
tracks of students with enrollment,
attendance, and sign in/out, as well
as post fees to student accounts and
collect payments from parents using
a web browser from any location.

OSC integrates with Online School Payments (OSP). This gives parents
the flexibility to pay in-person or online for School Care at the same
site many districts are already using to accept payments for school
activity funds, eliminating multiple logins and student accounts.
Fees collected from students or parents are easily entered through the
web interface allowing site coordinators to view current balances easily and
track payments for specific parents. Receipts can be printed or even emailed
to the parent email on file.
OSC even allows parents view or print their transaction history and
student balance as well as pay online using a credit or debit card.
